We ship our products all over India & Internationally

Other States - depending on available services in customer location. (BlueDart/ Delhivery /DTDC others..)

TRACKING After placing orders, parcels will be shipped/dispatched in 3 work days and tracking will shared after 3 work days of placing orders (excluding sunday's & public holidays)

For Website Orders: Check Tracking details on your registered email (including spam folder)

For WhatsApp/Insta Orders: Tracking will be shared personally through WhatsApp/Insta messages.

Note: We depend on 3rd party courier vendors for tracking details. Hence there can be slight delays in unforeseen situations.

Within Chennai you can pickup through PORTER app for sameday delivery

Total Cost of product need to be paid to us prior 3hrs before planning to initiate pickup.

Applicable PORTER APP charges you must pay to courier person when initiating pickup or at the time of receiving parcel.

Note: Courier Partner delivery subject to your own risks, you must guide the delivery person to deliver at correct address.

With prior 1day appointment, customers can visit directly and purchase. our location is Semmancheri (Near OMR Navalur).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Currently our website is not enabled with International Shipping. Kindly WhatsApp 6374018804 for international orders. The shipping cost is charged based on the delivery locations and asper parcel weightage.

Kindly note below points for hazel free shipments & Delivery

👉Ensure correct address & mobile numbers are provided.

👉To avoid wrong deliveries, most courier deliveries are done with OTP mobile verification only. Ensure correct mobile numbers provided to avoid unnecessary courier returns.

    👉Follow-up on tracking status lies with customers, if there is any delivery delay or parcel unable to deliver to your locations. Customer can contact nearest courier office with tracking number and guide them to get delivery.

    👉Courier person will attempt delivery for 3days, if not delivered parcel gets returned to us.

    👉If parcels returns due to incorrect/incomplete address or incorrect Mobile numbers, the ship cost+Return RTO cost will be deducted & balance will get refunded.

    👉If parcel returned without any actions,  ship cost+Return RTO cost+reship cost need to be paid to attempt delivery again.
