Refund policy

Refund or return is the sole decision of the company.

👉Aksha Trends has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like manufacturing stock delay, courier delay, natural calamities like rains/floods etc...

👉All products are checked and packed with utmost care. However as everyone aware & agreed, there may be rare chance of damages during transportation handling. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 6383848360 , with the defect details within 24hrs of product delivery.

👉Unboxing video proof has to be submitted right from opening of the courier cover without any cuts in the video. The damage complaints need to be shown in the video itself. Once verified & agreed, we will share our store address. The damaged product with all spare parts, packing covers & box as it’s given must be sent back through available any courier to our store location within 3days time. Upon receipt of the defective returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via WhatsApp or email on the decision. Refund or Replacement will be done as appropriate.

👉If parcels returns due to incorrect/incomplete address or incorrect Mobile numbers or customer unavailable to respond courier calls, the ship cost+Return RTO cost will be deducted & balance will get refunded.

👉Order Cancellation is allowed only before shipment dispatches. Cancellation charges 3% will be deducted and balance gets refunded to your account.

👉Refund Amounts  Incase of any unsuccessful transactions due to bank system failures, cancellation or Returns the refund amounts are initiated through bank verification only. Amounts will be credited back to source customers account within 9 workdays of refunds processing. Refund transaction details will be shared on customers email. Incase of any queries customer must contact respective bank with given transaction details.

Refund or Returns not applicable for the below specified reasons!

  • No returns for differences in Color, finish, size, weight & Feel of Material
  • No guarantee or warranty for any Jewellery. product life long last based on maintenance and price range & quality.
  • All items are Handcrafted man made, hence there can be slight imperfections. these does not qualify for exchange/returns.
  • Minor transit damages like stones / pearls fallon can be easily fixed with glues and they are not considered for any claims.
  • Backrope torn is not considered as it can be self fixed and can be got in any fancy stores costing around 20rs only.
  • And in some cases like Neckset, Long Haram, combos may kept folded for packing convenience. it's metal product kindly handle softly to avoid breakage.
  • Due to mobile photography & light environment, there are chances of slight colour variations from the images posted in websites and the real products. To give natural look All images/videos posted on Instagram or website are taken in daylight with normal mobile camera without any edits.
  • Kindly check images, Product descriptions and Refund policy prior placing orders.
  • Ensure you book correct bangle size before placing order, no exchange can be done for size issues.
