Does Aksha Trends have a physical store?
Yes. We have a store setup at home. Customers can visit directly to shop with prior appointments. Kindly contact 6374018804 for more details.

Do you ship all over India?

YES. We ship PAN India Shipping with FREE shipping (above Rs.500). Kindly place your orders directly on the website or WhatsApp us on 6374018804.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES. Currently, our website is not enabled with International Shipping. Kindly WhatsApp 6374018804 for international orders. The shipping cost is charged based on the delivery locations and asper parcel weightage.

When will the order be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched and tracking will be shared within 3 work days from the date of order received. If tracking not received after 3 work days contact WhatsApp 6374018804 for details.
 
What is the delivery duration for my location?

Order processing & shipping time take 3 days time                             
Within Tamil Nadu- 1-3 work days after shipment
Rest of India- 5-7 work days after shipment

Note: Work days do not include Sundays or Public Holidays.

Can we cancel our orders?

NO. Cancellation or Refunds are not allowed after the parcel shipments. 

Is Free shipping available?

YES. We provide Free shipping on all orders above Rs.500 within India.

Do I get tracking details for my order?

Yes, we do share tracking/consignment details as soon as we dispatch your order from our end. (3 business days from date of order received). Tracking details will be shared through registered emails for all Website orders asper the timelines.

Note: We rely on third-party couriers for Tracking details. There could be a slight delay incase of any unforeseen situations like Floods, Rains, Holidays, etc.. 

Will I get a call from delivery person at the time of delivery?
Kindly understand that we do not have a logistics wing of our own and that we depend on registered private courier agencies or speed post.
Generally, delivery agent will call you , Kindly be available on the number you provided.

What should I do if my parcel delay or not delivered?

Kindly note due to heavy number of shipments, we will not be able to track the status of each parcel movement. Kindly self-check the tracking details provided to you on the respective official courier websites on a regular basis.

Incase at the time of delivery, customer is not-reachable or the parcel on-hold somewhere, please contact your nearby courier office immediately with AWB Tracking number and get the delivery. If still unable to resolve, please reach out to us and we will try from our end.

Can we replace or exchange a product?

What if I receive a missing or wrong item?
Kindly WhatsApp us withing 24hrs of delivery to 6374018804 with the details of your order and a unbox video of the product received. We will do the replacement.

What is the procedure to Return the products?
Once we verify and acknowledge to take the returns. you can ship to our address. once parcel received and verified, we will initiate refund or replacement.

Is there any warranty for the products?
No .there is no explicit warranty , but we promise to deliver quality jewellery to you. Based on the usage and maintenance the product quality will longlasts.

All the products are rechecked and packed with due care.

Will the product be exactly as shown in the picture?
All the images in our website are self taken with mobile camera using natural day light. As these are handcrafted by our artisans there shall be minute difference from piece to piece but not any major differences

When will I receive a response for my email and WhatsApp message
We are small business and do not have any separate support persons to respond immediately. kindly drop your queries on WhatsApp or email, we will check and reply back.
